At Jewellery by Rose, we offer our clients a hand selected range of quality imported gold jewellery items that are manufactured by expert international artisans.

Our aim is to have you look to us as your first choice for jewellery purchases and develop a trusted and ongoing online experience.

You can also rest easy, knowing that your payments are made securely using either a mastercard or visa card, with all of the protections that those internationally recognised organisations can provide. We now have Afterpay as an alternate payment facillity.

Our products are all guaranteed for quality and workmanship.All of our products  quality and workmanship are covered by replacement or repair. Any claim must be made within 7 days of the original purchase/delivery date, please refer to our Refunds and Exchange policy below.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

Returning purchases

If you need to return any product because it is faulty or not as described, or whether the deadline for returning the product has expired, you must contact us as per our ‘Contact email address, jbrose22@hotmail.com‘. Once we have received your request we will consider your request and advise the outcome within 5 business days.

Once you have returned your product in accordance with our instructions and your refund has been approved by us,, we will refund in full the price of products  that are faulty or not as described, or provide a replacement product of your choice to the same value.

Please note that all refunds will be made via the same payment method as the original purchase.

If you are returning products , please return the products and the jewellery box that your products were delivered in, along with the original Certificate of Authenticity and purchase receipt. All products must be returned in unworn, undamaged and saleable condition.

Exchanging purchases

Products purchased from Jewellery By Rose can be exchanged by contacting us via our email address (jbrose22@hotmail.com) for up to 7 days from the date of purchase (or from the date of delivery), but only if you wish to exchange it for the same product in a different size and only if the different size is available.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different product or a different style of the same product, you will need to follow our returns process and make a new purchase.In addition a handling fee will be advised and applied to this kind of exchange,

Shipping/Delivery Policy

All of your purchases have free shipping Australia wide and are delivered by Australia Post that require a signature, to protect your new jewellery item from mailbox theft. Our Items are all imported, so please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. Once an item is on it's way to you, we will forward you an Australia Post tracking number, so that you can keep an eye on the progress of your delivery.
